Along with all the wonders of our world, comes the most daunting question of all: How to be happy? Although the wisdom I have achieved throughout my close to twenty years on earth, is not at all comparable to many others who have been victims to absolute tragedy. Never the less, there is a single hardship we have all experience at some point in our life.
How to achieve bliss. Bliss within ourselves, bliss between family members, bliss with nature. Human beings are on a hunt for peace, and eternal light.
On my personal journey to achieve happiness within myself and a greater appreciation for life, it is undoubtably impossible to achieve without a proper mindset. Waking up early in the morning is good. Take an hour or two for yourself. Have a big breakfast, but don’t just throw stuff in a plate, take the time to smell every ingredient and taste the molecules in your water. Feel the oxygen in the water burst through the hydrogen on your tongue. Many of us say we don’t have time but its about making time for yourself ,
The tone of your day is set with the morning. As I write this I am, myself adapting to a new way of life and a new way of breathing in positivity. I am on a path to love myself entirely and with little steps and little changes to every minuet of our day, we will all see the light.
As a log to remember days of my journey this is only a minimal part of my day, but i believe its one of the most important.
I drink a litre and a half of water when I wake up in the morning. Our bodies are made of 70% water and its important to replenish ourselves. I want to become one with the world, and go back to a much more natural way of living. For now aesthetics are on hold and so is celebrity. It is about myself and the planet, slowly becoming one through the distractions of the 21st century.
I want to absorb the world into my body through my eyes, nose, mouth, ears and touch. To create a landscape out of myself. Its my chance to experience a discovery of the body mind and soul.
